Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange when you change your mind, this includes if items have been opened or unopened. The Ohm-fit Store has a right to not accept returns, if we see that returned items are not in original condition.

*The "Money Back Guarantee" only applies on products that have not been sold with a price reduction, discount or promotion.

Please note we do not accept returns/refunds if item was in promotion over 50% off sale (and personal care products due to sanitary/safety reasons).

To be eligible for a refund or exchange because of physical damage of products, you must first contact us within 48 hours of receiving. You must upload with pictures/videos of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us (customer pays for return shipping costs). Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will give a partial refund of the purchase price of your item.

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return. Also, please note that any shipping charges on the original order will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of returned goods, the Ohm-fit Store reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping and restocking fee.
-Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through support@ohm-fit.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The ePods Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Ohm-fit Store will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure you put the correct address. We are not responsible if the item is "returned to sender", because of an incorrect address and you may not get a refund because of this. If you would like us to resend the item again, there is a $18 shipping/handling fee.

We have the right to reject to offer refund to customer, if customer doesn't want a resend item, due to customer's lack of due diligence
